Here are the coolest homes I found for sale in Scotland, this month. This time, I’ve been looking at very expensive listings, just in case I ever slip on a grape in the supermarket and get a payout of £10,000,000. So first up, starting with the cheapest of the bunch at £1.25M ($1.7M), we have Arngask House, which is an incredible 7-bedroom Georgian home in Glenfarg. This place has been given some modern upgrades but still retains a lot of its original charm, which I really like. My favourite thing about this place is the outside. It has a gorgeous walled garden, a sauna, and its very own 6-hole golf course. I’ll be right back… I’m just away to carelessly walk around the grape aisle. Next, we have Well Court Hall for £1.4M ($1.9M). This three bedroom home is one of Edinburgh’s most iconic buildings, in one of the most iconic locations; right in the heart of Dean Village. There are so many features I love about this place; the entrance, the stairway, the living room which is basking in natural light, and this incredible mezzanine bedroom which looks over it all. I also love that it’s right next to the water… there’s just something comforting about living next to water. Whether that’s a loch, a stream, the sea… sign me up. This next house is actually kinda my dream house. This is Meadowland; a mid-century modern, single story home on the banks of River Tay for £1.7M ($2.3M). This home was done by an architectural firm called Morris and Steedman, and between 1950 and 1970, the practice created just 15 homes, so whenever one comes up for sale, it causes quite a stir. Next, we have Cloncaird Castle for £3M ($4M). This has 7 reception rooms, 15 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and comes with 9 cottages, and 143 acres of land. My favourite part of this place is this massive glass covered room used for hosting events. I don’t really host many events, but I’d really like to just lie down in the middle of this room during a storm so that I could watch and listen to the rain. Let me know what home you’d jump on a grape and do your ACL for, and remember to follow me for more. #scotland #architecture #realestate
