Footage of the first sea trial of my Ugly Duckling! A LEGO Technic submarine - underwater drone! Two problems occurred. Too much buoyancy (corrected on-site) and low battery power (forgot to charge my BuWizz). Stay tuned for the final test with a proper dive maneuver!
Underwater drone V1.0 specs :
Power longitudinal/lateral axis : 2x LEGO L motors
Power vertical axis : 2x LEGO M motors
Control : 1x BuWizz
Remote controller : An old Nexus 5X :)
Footage was shot on Apeman A77 (front), Sony HDR-AS30V (rear) action cameras, and DJI Mavic Mini drone (aerial).
