The video explores what LOD's are, and how to configure the LOD's on the assets you import into Unity using Quixel Bridge. LOD stands for Level of Detail, and the more detail you render, then the slower the render will be as your render is limited by your hardware. Every scene is unique, and you will need to balance the LOD's against the number of objects you will render, and against the target hardware for your project.
