Today I bring you a video with the Reconditioning of a Knipex pliers . A famous brand from Germany, and of very good quality . And I thought it was worth saving . The handle of good quality plastic was not damaged, but the metal part was attacked by rust and at the same time caught.I used a WD-40 spray .I removed the rust with a wire brush.I applied protection to the handle .
Then I used sandblasting to remove rust .
Then I used a solution to remove the rust in depth.I used the file and sandpaper to remove the imperfections ,And then he used it Bluing steel .
At the end I did a test....Where I was deeply surprised ,How well he can cut.
I cut copper cables, steel wire ...... but also nails .... as if they were macaroni.
I used a Canon G7x mark 2 for recording .
