A romantic hike in the wilderness takes a dark turn when Ness pushes her partner, a former astronaut named Tal, to confront a difficult truth by overlaying it with a cherished memory. When revealed, Ness is reluctantly forced to share a secret of her own, with world-breaking connotations. In the end, two tragic pasts shine light upon a new path forward. Why is it doing this? What's it getting out of this? So this is Drifters. A scifi romance between two real/unreal lost beings with no purpose or people, forced to reinvent themselves and figure it out together. Tale as old as time. 🎞️ Credits: Cast - Matt Murray: Tal Samora Smallwood: Ness Director of Photography: Ash Tailor-Jones Assistant Camera Operator: Roy Zheng Key Grip: James Ho Gaffer: Josh Dawson Production Coordinator: Ramona Milano Production Manager: Nason Markwell Associate Producer: Azra Manari 1st Assistant Director: Celina Bradley 2nd Assistant Director: Alise Rosenin Script Supervisor: Kassandra Cardinale Production Designer: Nicole Ciariani Art Director: Kristen Buckley Costume Design: Taylor Markwell Hair & Makeup: Angelica Avendano VFX Supervisor: Adrian Bobb Sound Recordist: Erik Philip Post: Post-Production Supervisor: Abanoub Andraous Editor: Mark Eid Color Correction: Conor Fisher Music Composer: Rolando Gori Sound Designer: Shawn Duffy Sound Mixing: Dufftone Sound VFX: Modelling Artists: Adrian Bobb, Seann Marsh, Alexandra Papouchina Texture Artists: Seann Marsh, Alexandra Papouchina, Munkhjin Otgonbayar, Adrian Bobb, Bayarbat Ukhagvasuren Rigging Artist: Andrzej Kloc Animators: Christopher Wolfe, Alex Gotsis, Uly Esguerra, Adrian Bobb Digital Matte Painter: Adrian Bobb Compositors: Simon Han, Pranjal Choudhary, Ingyun Hwang, Himanshu Khurana, Vinesh Vickinadas, Cristian Rodriguez Lighting/Rendering Artist: George Kanaras FX Artist: Youcef Bessa Virtual Production House - Virtual Production Producers: Karol Grenman, Amir Endalah Virtual Production Supervisor: Kevin McGeagh LED Volume Operator: Ilora Rosenberg Studio Production Assistant: Ali Hajjou Studio Facilities Manager: Matthew C.
