The film was originally inspired by thoughts of redundancy and mechanisation, but it now feels strangely prophetic. As artificial intelligence increasingly performs tasks that once defined our worth, the questions the film tackles feel even more urgent today. 🎞️ Credits: Directed and written by Joe Connor Produced by Chief DOP : Dan Stafford Clark // Dan Morgan Music : Max Perryment Edit : Sacha Szwarc Grade : George K Producer : Nick Crossley Production Manager Naomi Garrett Production Co-ordinator Kate Brady Production Assistant (Sun) Jess Crewe 1st AD (Sun) Dan Gibling Runners Ashton Obertelli Jacob Dowdle Michael Anderson Director of Photography Daniel Morgan Focus Puller (Sun) Simon Ospina Camera Assistant (Sun) Sean Lomax Focus Puller (Mon) Sean Lomax Camera Assistant (Mon) Carl Noble Key Grip Sam Kirby Sound Recordist Chi Limpiroj Gaffer (Sun) Alice Stevens Electrician (Sun) TBC Gaffer (Mon) Nick Platt Electrician (Mon) Adam Grasso Art Director Katie Ryder Art Department Assistant Elizabeth Webster Make-up & Hair Stylist (Sun) Roxanna Gillani Wardrobe Stylist (Sun) Rebecca Lockwood Cast - Mikey Brett Joseph Boylan David Garrett Joe Connor Connect with DUST: Website 🌐: http://www.watchdust.com Follow Us on Facebook 👍: https://www.facebook.com/watchdust/ Follow Us on Instagram 📷: https://www.instagram.com/watchdust/ Follow us on TikTok 📱: https://www.tiktok.com/@watch_dust #DUST #scifi #shortfilm Submit Your Short Film: https://filmfreeway.com/alterdustsubmissions NOTE: Only completed shorts will be considered.
