THE SAARLOOS WOLFDOG - DANGEROUS OR PET?

The Saarloos Wolfdog is a wolfdog breed created in 1935 and now recognized as his own breed across many countries. Created to inject health and primitive characteristics back into a now 'overly domesticated' German Shepherd, this wild and free dog breed now is kept as a companion dog all over Europe. But what is he like to have in your house, is he destructive? Will he run away, chase other people's dogs and can you leave him home alone? Today Anneka meets 4 stunning Saarloos in Norway who live with Dutch Saarloos enthusiast Ellen Versnel and wild and free travel blogger Kristin Jensen Huset to set them free on a beach in order to watch the real spirit of the Saarloos and how he interacts with his own kind, strangers and dogs. This is YouTube's ultimate Saarloos guide on the 50th anniversary of the official naming of the breed.
