In 1786 Jon Watson and his pack of Irish Wolfhounds tracked and killed the very last Wolf of Ireland ending thousands of years of the wolves' rein in Ireland forever. In this episode Anneka travels to Mount Leinster in Ireland, the place the last wolf was hunted down and reenacts the last final hours of the wolf's life and tells the tale of how she was killed. We explain why Ireland's wolves were hunted to extinction.
