SHIKOKU INU PUPPIES - Feisty Hunting Dog from Japan - 高知犬

The Shikoku, a rare Japanese wolf like breed that is thought to possess the blood of the extinct Japanese wolf. He’s pretty rare in Japan and virtually unheard of in the UK? Today is very exciting, as I’m meeting the very first Shikoku litter to be born here in the UK in history! These dogs are very exciting as they are primitive dogs, incredible hunters, very independent and fairly non-servient to humans, a reflection of their wolf blood genetics. So what about the puppies, will they too be wild and wolflike? And do you as an owner have what it takes to have a primitive independent dog like this as a pet in your house? We will tell you everything to know about The Shikoku to help you decide if this breed is suited to your lifestyle.
