This week gave us two very different stories about ambition in gaming. Crimson Desert launched to mixed reviews, dropped two massive patches in ten days, and just hit a new all-time player peak - a week and a half after launch! Meanwhile Epic raised V-Bucks prices, laid off 1,000 people, and shut down three Fortnite modes. Also we’re catching up on Sony's PS5 price hike (yep, again) and the layoffs that just won't stop… 😬
