How much more are we supposed to take??
Everybody over at Sony is currently finding out what happens when you push people too far for too long. Marvel's Wolverine reviews landed, and somehow players, many PlayStation fans, AND critics all agreed it's not looking good… repetitive combat, out-of-control hand-holding, awful character designs, and a narrative director describing Logan and Sabretooth's relationship in a way that just needs to be read aloud.
Then PlayStation posted that they were stepping away from Kojima Productions and PHYSINT, and Xbox announced they'd signed him one post later. Meanwhile, Sony is killing physical discs in 2028, sitting on around reportedly $500 million in tariff refunds, arguing in federal court that you never actually owned the games (or movies) you bought, and their one formal response to any of it has been a customer harassment policy.
Plus the Steam leak that exposed Persona 6, Kingdom Hearts 4 and a Shrek 2 remaster, Capcom selling a million copies of Onimusha in a single day, the Ocarina of Time remake art direction discourse, and every fandom on earth calling a ceasefire purely to take down one animated movie (yes, looking at you Lesbian Space Princess) 😮💨
🤔 What do you think Sony's plan actually is?
