This was a hard video to make.
I was honestly at a loss for words watching this unfold, but the more I saw, the more I couldn’t stay quiet.
Over the past week, something’s been happening in the western gaming industry that honestly left me feeling sick. After the tragic and devastating assassination of Charlie Kirk, developers from major studios, people working on the games we’re supposed to love and look forward to, started celebrating it. Mocking his death. Posting violent rhetoric. And not just anonymously, but publicly… some even with their studio names still in their bios.
I wish I could say it was just one person. But it’s not. It’s everywhere. And it’s exposing a really dark rot that’s been creeping into this industry for a long time.
🗨️ Is it possible to separate the art from the people making it anymore, especially in gaming?
