This is a high-intensity brainwave entrainment session using isochronic tones. Isochronic tones produce a more substantial entrainment effect than binaural beats, making them an effective choice for focus, study, and productivity. How is this session constructed? ● Starts at 10Hz, ramping up to 18Hz by the 6-minute mark ● Fluctuates between 17.5–18.5Hz to avoid habituation ● Final 5 minutes ramp back down to 10Hz ● An image at the start of the video shows the full session design How to use it ● Listen while studying, coding, or working with your eyes open ● Headphones 🎧 are not required, but they can block out distractions and intensify the effect ● Best during daytime or early evening (avoid near bedtime, as it can overstimulate like coffee) Volume 🔊 ● Keep the tones clear but comfortable ● Loud enough to hear the rhythmic pulses of the isochronic tones ● Never so loud that it's distracting, uncomfortable, or fatiguing â„šī¸ Learn More ➤ Isochronic Tones explained: http://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/ ➤ Amplitude Entrainment effects: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/mind-music/ About My Process I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session. The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
