A deep house mix (Moonlit Motion) paired with beta-range isochronic tone pulses (14–16Hz). Many listeners use sessions like this while studying, reading, writing, or doing focused work. Part of my Deep Focus Isochronic Tones series. â™Ģ Get the MP3 version (Moonlit Motion): https://www.mindamend.com/shop/deep-focus/ đŸ“ē Deep Focus playlist: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLveg0IEcZWN6NWMC15A8y0hIR13dkkCEy 🔔 Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/user/mindamend?sub_confirmation=1 What's in this session This track blends instrumental music with isochronic tone pulses that sit in the 14–16Hz beta range. Headphones are NOT required (they can help in noisy environments). Frequency variation Over each 15-minute cycle, the pulse rate moves through 15Hz, then 16Hz, then 14Hz, then back to 15Hz. This movement keeps the session from feeling too repetitive for regular listeners. â„šī¸ New to isochronic tones? â–ē Learn what isochronic tones are and how they differ from binaural beats: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/ Listening tips ● How to use: play while studying, reading, or working. ● Volume: keep it comfortable and non-distracting. 📌 This audio is for general listening and relaxation/focus support and isn't medical treatment. About My Process I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session. The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
