An ambient mix combined with alpha isochronic tones and a hint of beta so your mind stays loose but engaged. Designed to target the right brain to help stimulate creative work and thinking. Part of the Creative Focus series, this session is designed to: ✅ Encourage fresh ideas and new ways of looking at a problem ✅ Provide an auditory anchor to help you think more freely and make new connections ✅ Support a relaxed but engaged mental state for creative work ♫ MP3 Download (Imagination Mode): The download will be available soon, as I'm making some updates to my website. 📺 Find all videos in the Creative Focus series: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLveg0IEcZWN7BWLVfCjJ-QBTYo6l2mnLL 🔔 Subscribe for new tracks: http://www.youtube.com/user/MindAmend?sub_confirmation=1 Who is it for? ● Writers, artists, and designers looking for background music to support creative flow ● Anyone stuck on a problem who wants a fresh perspective or new angle ● People brainstorming, planning, or working on open-ended projects that need imaginative thinking rather than strict logic How this session works This track uses a split-hemisphere protocol to encourage relaxed, associative activity in the right brain, which is primarily responsible for creativity, imagination, and big-picture thinking. ● The Cycle: Over each 12-minute cycle, the Left ear (Right brain) moves between 10Hz and 12Hz, while the Right ear (Left brain) moves between 8Hz and 10Hz. ● This gentle rise and fall repeats throughout the track, keeping your mind in a relaxed, open state that's suited to creative problem-solving rather than narrow focus. 👉 To stimulate the right brain, frequencies are played in the left ear (and vice versa). Headphones Required 🎧 Because this session delivers independent frequencies to each ear, headphones are essential for the split-hemisphere effect to function. Want to know more about how this works? See: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/#splithemispherestimulation. Volume 🔊 Set the volume at a comfortable level that's clear enough to hear the isochronic tones, but never uncomfortably loud. 📌 Important information: This audio is intended for general cognitive support and creative enhancement only. It is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional advice for any health condition. Safety: Do not listen while driving or operating heavy machinery. About My Process I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session. The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
