People experiencing low mood, including Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), are often associated with increased theta brainwave activity during daytime hours (approximately 4–8 Hz). This can contribute to feelings of lethargy, low motivation, and mental fog. This Mood Elevator Isochronic Tones session is designed to gently shift dominant brainwave activity toward higher-frequency beta states, which are commonly associated with alertness, mental energy, and improved mood. 😊 â™Ģ Get MP3 version (Gentle Depths): https://www.mindamend.com/shop/mood-elevator-for-sad-isochronic-tones/ 🔔 Subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks: http://www.youtube.com/user/MindAmend?sub_confirmation=1 🧠 How It Works â€ĸ The session begins at 15 Hz â€ĸ Gradually ramps up to 20 Hz by the 6-minute mark â€ĸ Remains at 20 Hz for 16 minutes â€ĸ Slowly returns to 15 Hz at 20 minutes 🕒 Recommended: listen for at least one 20-minute cycle â„šī¸ Learn More How brainwave entrainment works: http://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/ How the amplitude entrainment effect works: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/mind-music/ 🎧 Headphones: Not required. 🔊 Volume: Keep it comfortable enough to hear clearly without being distracting. 📌 Important information: This audio is provided for general well-being and relaxation purposes only. About My Process I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session. The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
