Headphones are NOT required (they can help in noisy environments). Frequency variation The target range is 14–17Hz, with pulses varied between 13.6Hz and 17.4Hz. This variation is intended to keep the session from feeling too repetitive for regular listeners. ℹ️ New to isochronic tones? β–Ί Learn what isochronic tones are and how they differ from binaural beats: https://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-entrainment/isochronic-tones/ Listening tips ● How to use: play while studying, reading, or working. ● Volume: keep it comfortable and non-distracting. πŸ“Œ This audio is for general listening and relaxation/focus support and isn’t medical treatment. About My Process I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session. The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
