This dual-layer entrainment helps stimulate brainwave activity between 10Hz (Alpha) and 14Hz (Beta); frequencies associated with enhanced learning, alert focus, and mental clarity. â„šī¸ If you're new to brainwave entrainment, you can learn more here: http://www.mindamend.com/brain-hub/brainwave-entrainment-methods/how-brainwave-entrainment-works/ Isochronic tones produce a more powerful entrainment effect than binaural beats or standard background music, making them ideal for study and concentration sessions. 🎧 Headphones? Headphones are optional — this track works well through speakers too. 💡 Listening Tips You can listen with your eyes open while studying, reading, or doing focused work. Set the volume at a comfortable level — loud enough to hear the tones clearly, but not so loud as to be distracting. About My Process I now create the individual music tracks for my mixes using AI, then manually edit and remaster them. I used to license those from stock music libraries, but AI gives me much more creative control, as I can curate tracks that blend well together and fit the goal of the isochronic tones session. The rest of my process hasn't changed. I still manually set the playlist order, mix the transitions, layer in my isochronic tones, and add amplitude modulations to the music that sync with the tones. The brainwave entrainment part of my tracks is the core of what this channel does, and that part is always created by me.
