Line an 8-inch square cake pan with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, rice flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. In a separate large bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and applesauce. Use an electric mixer to beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until fully incorporated. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. While the cake is cooling, prepare the frosting. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth. Once the cake has cooled completely, spread the frosting evenly over the top. Smooth the top with a spatula. Cut the cake into 9 equal slices. Serve and enjoy!
