World War Z has provided ultrawide support since update 1.40 and it's brought pretty decent support for the format, but it's not perfect..
Menus are 16:9 and will show black pillarboxes on the sides and the HUD is constrained to a 16:9 border with no option to customize it as far as I know.
Overall the gameplay isn't affected and it's only shown under menus as cutscenes are displayed in full.
You'll definitely have a decent experience in ultrawide.
