Psychonauts 2 doesn't support ultrawide natively but there's an easy ultrawide fix available for use created by Rose on PCGW. The game runs really well on the rtx 3090 and doesn't seem to suffer from any performance issues with the exception of some minor stutters every now and then, that could be because of recording as well though.

Run the game first, when you're in the main menu launch the application and press F9 when you're in-game. It should remove the black borders for you.
