Gears Tactics supports ultrawide natively.
FMVs are 16:9 and in-game cutscenes are rendered in 21:9 but can be changed to 16:9 in the options menu. It sadly doesn't allow 32:9 in-game cutscenes as 21:9 cutscenes are essentially 'filled' to cover the entire screen which means they're cropped, 32:9 would make things way too cropped for any enjoyable experiences.
Otherwise the game runs great and looks pretty close to Gears 5 in terms of graphics and performance.
