Curse of the Dead Gods supports ultrawide natively but doesn't offer any way of customizing your UI's placements. That's a small nitpick and can probably be addressed by the developers if the ultrawide community is loud enough.
The game is still in early access but it's a lot of fun and I highly recommend getting it during the summer sale that's currently ongoing as of this video's upload date if you're on the edge of getting it.
