In this video recorded in deciduous woodland at 53° N, we used bio-sensors to translate the electrical activity of local plants and fungi into music. This video was specially commissioned for the upcoming exhibition "Klimaoasen" (Climate Oases) at the Landesmuseum Natur und Mensch Oldenburg in Germany. The exhibition explores the systemic relationships between nature, people, climate, health and urban development. Species featured: • Dryad's Saddle / Schuppiger Porling (Polyporus squamosus) • Hazel / Haselnuss (Corylus avellana) • Ivy / Efeu (Hedera helix) Location: Deciduous Woodland, Latitude 53° N, just south of Manchester. Recorded by: Jon from Bionic and the Wires (July 2026)
