This hand drill (more specifically this tool is called a brace) also belonged to my grandfather. I found it in the same toolbox as the masonry caulk trowel and adjustable wrench that I restored in previous videos. This brace was also looking very rusty and the wood was looking worse for ware. I figured I'd get rid of the rust, restore the wood and polish up the exposed metal to make it look nice.
