AS ABOVE, SO BELOW: A JOURNEY THROUGH THE AMNESIA SERIES
In this video, we’re going to explore the entirety of the Amnesia series, including all 4 titles:
The Dark Descent (2010)
A Machine for Pigs (2013)
Rebirth (2020) and
The Bunker (2023)
We’re going to explore development history, mechanics, the evolution of the series, as well as the narratives of each game with an eye on the overarching Lovecraftian storytelling brilliance Frictional Games and The Chinese Room have established and maintained in this franchise that’s been spanning over more than a decade of horror gaming history. And why Amnesia is a phenomenal example of LOVECRAFT DONE RIGHT.
