How to make KÜÖRCHEKH - Yakut whipped cream with strawberries
Küörchekh is a very delicious treat. It’s a dessert that we eat for breakfast. During summer we eat it just like in the video, in winter we like to freeze it and than it becomes better than an ice cream 🍦
I guess people eat whipped cream all over the world, but I wanted to show how we make it in Yakutia. We use special cutlery- Ytyk- whisker. And also we use special dish - kytyia - it’s made specially for küörchekh.
