An old English traditional sung by me, myself and I a-cappella. It was arranged to this version in 1980 by Andy Irvine and Jane Cassidy with a Romanian dance melody (originally in 5/8 time a.k.a. 'paidushka' but I sang it in 13/8 time, such a proggy time signature!).
I recorded myself 13 times for 5 vocal lines. :) It was a lot of fun, and also dressing up as a warrior and silling around with my sister's sword (actual real sword, although not sharpened!). I go to medieval camps every summer so I own and wear all those dresses.
