Avatar The Last Airbender MEDLEY | Lorelai

A massive medley of one of my absolutely favourite animated series! Big thanks to my Words Unspoken bandmate Erica Bianca for recording the superhigh soprano vocals! And look at that violin, vibrato and 3rd position! \o/ This winter, while I was studying for my university finals, I found myself in a need of a new series to watch in study breaks. I saw many gifs from Avatar on Tumblr so I thought I'd give it a shot. I ended up binge-watching all three seasons in several days and completely fell in love. Needless to say that my studying didn't go as planned :') There's so much gorgeous music in the series. I sincerely couldn't decide which parts of the soundtrack I should include in the medley. In the end I settled for music which played during most important scenes, or at least most important to me, or the most well-known songs (like Cave Of Two Lovers, I simply HAD to do that one :D) And of course, I simply HAD to cosplay in the video. Creating Zuko's scar was loads of fun and maybe I'll post a tutorial some day. I used unflavored gelatin and crumpled paper tissues, and lots of make-up. List of tracks: Vocals - 12 tracks (10 background, 1 main and 1 superhigh Erica's soprano) Flutes - 10 tracks Violins - 10 tracks Acoustic guitar - 3 tracks MIDI double bass - 1 track Percussions - 5 tracks (MIDI bass drum, drumset and timpani, real bongo) Grand total: 41 As usual, I don't share my sheet music.
