When Hurricane Helene hit my home in Asheville, North Carolina in September 2024, two oak trees fell through the roof and wrecked the place. Including the main LGR vintage computer collection downstairs where lots of rain water leaked through, resulting in moisture and mold issues. This first part of the cleanup process is unboxing the moldy boxes, evaluating the damage, and cleaning the surfaces of things! Internal cleaning and testing will occur later. ● Western NC is still recovering, please consider donating to helpful organizations: https://www.bpr.org/bpr-news/2024-09-28/list-ways-to-donate-and-help-flood-victims-in-western-north-carolina-after-hurricane-helene ● LGR things elsewhere: https://www.patreon.com/LazyGameReviews https://www.twitter.com/LazyGameReviews https://www.facebook.com/LazyGameReviews #LGR #asheville #hurricane
