The Hobbyhorse Championships: Finland’s Wildest Sport…

In Seinäjoki, athletes gallop, leap, and compete...without real horses. At the Finnish Hobbyhorse Championships, competitors clear 1.2M jumps and perform dressage routines using handmade hobbyhorses, judged on precision, posture, and pure spirit. What began as an escape has grown into a sport powered by skill, creativity, and defiant joy. #sports #hobbyhorse #athlete Got a story idea for us?
