Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) Events are one of the most meaningful ways the geocaching community gives back to the places we all explore. 🌎
At CITO Events, geocachers come together to care for parks, trails, waterways, and shared outdoor spaces through cleanup, restoration, and stewardship projects. Beyond events, CITO is a mindset that geocachers carry with them as they explore the outdoors, picking up litter they find along their way. Small actions can make a big impact. CITO helps strengthen local communities, build connections, and leave outdoor spaces better for everyone.
Geocaching helps bring people outside. CITO helps ensure those places are cared for long after the find.
Interested in getting involved? Find a CITO Event near you and join fellow geocachers in making a positive impact on the places we all enjoy.
