Gozen is a brand new (just released in Beta) video editor powered by the Godot game engine. It is free and open source but does not provide binaries, so if you do not wish to pay you will have to build it from source yourself (which I did, the process works). If you are looking for an open source light weight video editor with Godot integration, Gozen might be a good choice for you. Do keep in mind, it is still in beta...
