Star Wars: Galactic Racer demonstrates spectacularly that arcade racing isn't dead - and that maybe open world racing isn't the only way forward for the genre. Authentic to the subject matter, there's super-smooth performance and an interesting utilisation of both Unreal Engine 5 and the host consoles themselves. Developer Fuse Games' Series S version is also intriguing...
Clarification: on further analysis, it is less clear if the PS5 Pro version of the game is using TSR or PSSR.
