ARMENIA VLOG: Soviet Eastern Europe where everyone speaks Russian
I visited Erevan - the capital of Armenia. This country is known for its ancient history, monasteries and churches, in fact it was the first country to adopt Christianity. Also it’s a chess superpower - chess is mandatory subject in schools. There’s an Armenian diaspora with more Armenians living outside of Armenia. Produces signature wine and brandy. Armenians consider mountain Ararat their own symbol even though it’s located on the territory of Turkey.
