The Journey to Swan Lake: Kazane Takaki’s Transformation

On June 25, 2025, Kazane Takaki — who joined the National Theatre Ballet at the start of this season in January as a member of the chorus — made her debut as Odette/Odile in John Cranko’s Swan Lake. This short film follows her journey of transformation — from civilian clothes and everyday life to the unique moment when she steps onto the stage transformed into one of the most iconic roles in ballet history. --- Dne 25. června 2025 debutovala Kazane Takaki — která se k Baletu Národního divadla připojila na začátku této sezóny v lednu jako členka sboru — v roli Odetty/Odilie ve Labutím jezeře Johna Cranka.
