The Legend of Zelda Meets Metal

Hi all! Sonic wasn't the only one with an anniversary this year, Zelda turns 40! One more time: The Legend of Zelda turns 40 years old this year. I remember doing a medley of this 16 years ago and THAT felt crazy. It always says something about (fill in the blank) when a franchise is still relevant all these years later. Some don't make it like a few of my original favorites (Police Quest and Gabriel Knight). As you might know from the last video, I had to backtrack on NES and SNES because I got one much later (found them at Goodwill). I have to agree with the masses and go with Ocarina but you can't get more classic than the first 3. And I really love the music in the Zelda games. Wild to think about where video games have started and where they are now. To a lot of you around my age, a good number of these old ones still hold really strong and I love it.
