Hi all!
A short one but a big one :) Every so often I like to remind people that Criss Oliva should be in a lot more guitar conversations. I know some people don't get into Savatage at first listen but I'm telling you, listen again ha! He had one of my favorite guitar tones and styles throughout the years. Also kind of helped that he's from where I'm from so he was always mentioned talking about music and/or being played much more regularly at a local bar. Gutter Ballet is Savatage's masterpiece but all the other albums I think are tied with each other for a close second. Title track of "Power of the Night" has one of my favorite Savatage riffs in it. Hope ya dig,
E
