Hi all! Happy 35 to Street Fighter 2! Definitely was one of the games I was salty about when I got a Genesis instead of a SNES. Yes, I had Mortal Kombat (with the blood code) but everyone at the time was talking about SF2. The level music, for one, was everything. I wish they still did that - each character having a tune. Speaking of, I've done Ken twice, Guile twice, Ryu, and Cammy...it was time for someone new. Really wild to think how successful this particular game was, pretty sure SF2 had 5 versions (turbo, the new characters etc). And still to this day, Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat still being each others competitor. Awesome!
