18 months ago, on my 56th birthday, I was fat, tired, and lost. Today I'm in the best shape of my life. No pills. No TRT. No Ozempic. Just a calorie deficit, two meals a day, walking 5 to 6 miles every morning, and a simple strength routine in my home gym.
This is the whole story, from the dental chair in Mexico that started it all to how my family joined in. If you're where I was, make today the first day.
