While traversing a landscape of broken concrete and rusted metal he encounters spirits both good and evil. ====== Kings of USBM, WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM have returned with sharpened teeth with their new album Estuary. The record is set 1000 years in the future. Survivors of a cataclysm wander the haunted ruins. It is a world of mutant creatures and open portals Post-apocalyptic religion takes form in a wild landscape. Estuary is raw and volatile with the storming sensuality of noisy industrial elements, evolving through the domain of warm rain, majestic forests and diffused starlight. Massive percussion and seething gothic guitars wipe the listener’s psyche clear of all stagnation, transforming them into active, evolutionary conduits. Wolves in the Throne Room will be opening portals and performing songs from Estuary on the "Knights of Tiamat Tour" across the UK and Europe this fall, followed by the USA in early 2027. ====== GHOSTS AMONG THE OBELISKS: Directed by: Nathan Weaver Produced by: Wolves in the Throne Room Hails to our collaborators who breathed life into this dark vision: The Hunter: @archaicgrowth The Huntress: @mountain.hag The Barbarian: Gudrik Wolf Woman: @_hotmoss The Battle Witch: @kaia.selene Woman in Window/Wraith: @_theredwitch_ Wraith with Scythe: Lauren Wraith with Sickle: @suzan_saranwrap Additional editing and FX by: Frank Huang ====== "Knights of Tiamat EU & UK Tour" w/ Worm & Final Dose 21/10 Athens, GR @ KYTTARO * 23/10 Leipzig, DE @ UT Connewitz 24/10 Maastricht, NL @ Samhain Festival 25/10 Bruges, BE @ Bruges is Doomed 26/10 Hamburg, DE @ Übel & Gefährlich 27/10 Berlin, DE @ Hole 44 28/10 Essen, DE @ Turock 29/10 Munich, DE @ Backstage - Halle 30/10 Stuttgart, DE @ Im Wizemann 31/10 Prague, CZ @ Futurum 01/11 Vienna, AT @ Simm City 03/11 Krakow, PL @ Hype Park 04/11 Zagreb, HR @ Močvara 05/11 Milano, IT @ Legend Club 06/11 Aarau, CH @ Kiff 07/11 Vauréal, FR @ Le Forum 08/11 Manchester, UK @ Damnation Festival 09/11 London, UK @ 02 Academy Islington 11/11 Copenhagen, DK @ Pumpehuset 12/11 Stockholm, SE @ Slaktkyrkan 13/11 Gothenburg, SE @ Momentum + 14/11 Oslo, NO @ John Dee * Wolves in the Throne Room Only + w/ Rotting Christ ⚡️⚡️⚡️ Estuary North American Tour Winter 2027 w/ Stygian Bough & Spirit Possession January 12 - February 10 Jan12 Vancouver, BC @ Rickshaw Theatre Jan14 Salt Lake City, UT @ Metro Music Hall Jan15 Estes Park, CO @ The Stanley Hotel* Jan16 Wichita, KS @ WAVE Jan17 Omaha, NE @ Slowdown Jan18 Minneapolis, MN @ Fine Line Jan19 Chicago, IL @ Metro Jan20 Cleveland, OH @ TBA Jan22 Toronto, ON @ The Opera House Jan23 Montreal, QC @ Les Foufounes Électriques Jan24 Boston, MA @ Brighton Music Hall Jan25 Philadelphia, PA @ Underground Arts Jan26 Brooklyn, NY @ The Brooklyn Monarch Jan27 Towson, MD @ The Recher Jan29 Asheville, NC @ Eulogy Jan 30 Atlanta, GA @ The Loft Jan 31 Baton Rouge, LA @ Chelsea’s Live Feb 02 Dallas, TX @ Trees Feb 03 Austin, TX @ Come And Take It Live Feb 05 Mesa, AZ @ The Nile Theater Feb 06 Los Angeles, CA @ The Regent Theater Feb 07 San Francisco, CA @ Great American Music Hall Feb 09 Portland, OR @ Wonder Ballroom Feb 10 Seattle, WA @ Neumos *Festival Date / WITTR Only ====== OFFICIAL LINKS: Subscribe to WITTR's official channel here: http://bit.ly/WITTRYouTube Official Website: http://wittr.com Wolves in the Throne Room Store: https://www.wittr-merch.com/ Bandcamp: https://wolvesinthethroneroom.bandcamp.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/wolvesinthethroneroom Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wittrofficial #wolvesinthethroneroom #blackmetal #usbm #relapserecords #centurymediarecords
