Every Distillery Refuses This Bet. We Took It.

Distilleries all over the world earth refuse to change the still. We changed ours - and then waited four years to find out if we blew it. Today we find out. This is the first time we've ever compared the old still and the new still side by side. The barrel we're opening was the very first run on the ABE pot still. Four years in Texas heat. The Bourbon of Magnificent Bastards. Wheated. 55% Texas white corn, 35% Texas wheat, 10% Texas malted barley. Four years in new oak. 112.6 proof.
