Now what does my perfect house need? Well it definitely needs a ridiculous feature, a blast from the industrial past is important to me, and the place I found in this video certainly has that. I also don't want to spend much money (because I have none). It will be a battle of value vs location. I'd love to get some land, but In England even the tiniest bits of land can cost a fortune...
