This time exploring the cheapest housed on offer in the city of Leeds. We got to see 3 properties, all ranging in price tags but all on offer for less tha £60k...and all providing different shades of mould and a selection of holes in ceilings. I'm always amazed by how houses can end up in such terrible conditions, but they make for great exploration. I also headed back to the streets of Leeds as I got told that all the shops I saw vacant in my previous 'death of the high street' video have been repurposed. So I was intrigued to see if this city has bucked the trend and managed to refill all empty shops...what will we find. A big thanks as well to all the people who have supported me via patreon over the past 2 years. I will be shutting down that page as I no longer need the finacial support due to now getting sponsered ads, but it has been amazing to have that support. Until next time, W.T #property #housingmarket #leeds #investing #propertyforsale #abandoned
