They no longer have function in the modern world, except aesthetic and so most are deemed finished and moved back to piles of bricks. And yet Birmingham is doing something different. I am a bit late to the party on this, but people keep messaging me about it, so i thought I have to do a video. they are rebuilding the football stadium and the design is going to be 12 huge chimneys. it is a striking, dominating look that i think is absolutely incredible. I really do hope this isn't just a pipe dream but a true plan that they will follow through with. The industrial city of Birmingham keeping it heritage alive...and I am all for it.
