Enjoy up to 30% off from July 8 to July 11 - check them out here https://bit.ly/3HKyfdl In this video, I went exploring the town of Barnsley — a place that, by all accounts, has turned itself around and bucked the trend seen in much of the rest of England. Barnsley was once famous for its glass-making industry, so as we explored, I was also on the lookout for bits of history linking back to that legacy. It came as no surprise that the town’s modern development has incorporated a huge amount of glass into its design — and it looks fantastic. The highlight had to be the market. I must have visited over 50 markets on this channel, and never once have I found a place so bustling, so vibrant, so enthusiastic — and most importantly… NOT FULL OF EMPTY UNITS. Thank you to all the friendly people who took the time to talk to me. Until next time, W.T #england #broken #fixed
