This is the first video in a new series documenting people taking on spaces and following the full conversion. This episode follows Matty and his business Chicken Boiz. Go give Matty a follow here - https://www.instagram.com/chickenboiz_?igsh=MWdvNXhqNnV6amZ6dw== and his facebook is - https://www.facebook.com/ChickenBoiz/ He started this venture selling food from a van, travelling up and down the valley, but he always wanted a shop. A space became available in Halifax and from the first week of him getting it I took my camera down and followed the whole journey. It was great to see a business come alive and to also document the highs and lows of what it takes to actually open a place. I left feeling inspired and I hope this video is helpful to anyone else wanting to take on a project. Matty's attitude is a great reminder of how staying positive and unwavering is such a great mindset whilst taking on a challenge. If you want to visit Chicken Boiz it is in Halifax opposite the Victoria Theatre. This is the address - 23 Alexandra St, Halifax HX1 1BS. If anyone is taking on a conversion project, I do not care what it is - shop, restaurant, barge, cave, church or shed...do get in touch and I will come follow the journey - [email protected] Until next time, W.T #shop #conversion #property
