Borrowing Blockbusters: Bruceploitation Part One

The ultimate guide to Bootleg Bruce. Part two of three is incoming. Check out Patreon for early and uncut videos! https://www.patreon.com/bePatron?u=71028840 I thoroughly recommend Severin Films' documentary, 'The Clones of Bruce Lee', and Stewart Home's book, 'Re-Enter the Dragon', for further viewing/reading. Arrow also has a lot of cool stuff. THE BIG BOSS THEME by Peter Thomas Sound Orchester Courtesy of All Score Media (www.allscore.de) and Peter Thomas Musikverlag (www.peterthomas.tv) Disclaimers and so on: it’s impossible to rate many of these movies sincerely, so there’s just one rating for overall entertainment value (95% of the time it will reflect how good bad them movie is); I apologise in advance for poor pronunciation of names; there will be confusion over commonly used titles ('Call Me Dragon’ has been applied to at least four movies). I’ve generally gone with what I’m most familiar with and given an alternative or two on poster screens; Betty Ting Pei gets a hard time. It isn’t because I blame her for the affair with Bruce Lee. It’s because she’s a self-serving opportunist liar; if you’re wondering what the word is that keeps being bleeped, it’s the obvious abbreviation/pejorative for the (frequently villainous) Japanese. At first I didn’t realise it was offensive, but there’s no way to avoid it in these movies so I’ve bleeped.
