AirBnbs taking over condo towers is a common problem occurring in every city across the country, but the tactics our HOA in particular is using may well be the worst case of it that has been publicized so far. There's a good chance that the lawsuits related to our building could set a precedent that will effectively change HOA laws & STR (short-term rental, ie: AirBnb) laws in my state, potentially snowballing into a national & worldwide effort.
