🚆 A new era has arrived on Amtrak Cascades! Amtrak’s new Airo trains officially entered passenger service on September 30, connecting Vancouver, B.C., Seattle, Portland, and Eugene. Designed and manufactured by Siemens Mobility in the United States, these modern trainsets bring a more comfortable, connected, and accessible travel experience—with panoramic windows, adjustable hea drests, complimentary Wi-Fi, USB ports, power outlets, digital information displays, touchless restrooms, and a refreshed café service. The Pacific Northwest is the first region in the country to welcome Amtrak Airo. This is only the beginning: 83 Airo trainsets are planned for routes across the United States, including the Northeast Regional and several other services. 🇺🇸 credit: @greaterdenvertransit
